I will help you find your presence by endorsing your ability to be in tune with your thoughts, emotions and body sensations.

Be at one with Nature -practice

With the gentle presence of the nature around us I will help you to use your senses to awaken your abilities, to find inner calm and to listen to yourself. We will savor everything on our way and practice the art of being present in the moment. You will feel peace and calmness within as we stroll back.

Mindfulness practices for individuals and groups

I will take you through a starters kit or more advanced practices outside or inside and almost where ever you wish. You will find yourself getting in touch with how you are today.

Wear comfortable gear according to the weather/ space and please make sure your personal insurance is valid during our journey.
